By downloading, installing, or using RaceTimerPro ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
RaceTimerPro is a race timing and video capture application for iOS and watchOS. The app provides stopwatch timing, photo and video capture with timer overlays, lap tracking, meet management, and related features.
RaceTimerPro offers free and premium subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
You agree to use RaceTimerPro only for lawful purposes. You may not:
RaceTimerPro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RaceTimerPro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Media you create using the app (photos, videos) belongs to you.
RaceTimerPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Timing accuracy depends on device hardware and conditions; the app is not certified for official competition timing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaceTimerPro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of race results, arising from your use of the app.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
