RaceTimerPro ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application.
RaceTimerPro accesses your device's camera and microphone to capture photos and record video with timer overlays. All media is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit photos or videos to any server.

Location data is used only on-device for overlay rendering. We do not store or transmit your location to any external server.
With your permission, the app can save captured photos and videos to your device's photo library. We do not access or read other photos in your library.
The app accesses barometric pressure and altimeter data to display altitude information on the environmental overlay. This data stays on your device.
RaceTimerPro uses local network access (Bonjour/Multipeer Connectivity) for multi-device synchronization features. This enables device-to-device communication over your local Wi-Fi network. No data is sent to external servers during this process.
Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple manages all subscription billing, and their privacy policy governs that data.
All app data — including race results, athlete rosters, meet templates, and captured media — is stored locally on your device. We do not operate backend servers that collect or store your data.
RaceTimerPro does not include any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks. We do not track your usage or share data with third parties.
RaceTimerPro does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is designed for use by coaches, parents, and event managers. If athlete names are entered, they are stored locally on the device only.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Data shared via the app's export or sharing features (race results, reports) is initiated by you and shared through standard iOS sharing mechanisms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
